Otherwise the app will function without a license and you may get the nag screen you mentioned. Your license needs to be enabled on your account, and then you need to sign into the app with your account, so that the app knows you have a license. In your case, it sounds like you might not be signed into your TeamViewer account within the app, and therefore the app is unaware of your license. For example, if you have the latest v12 TeamViewer Remote Control app on your iOS, but you have a v10 license, then you'll only be able to connect to remote computers running TeamViewer v10 or below, because that is what your license allows. On a mobile device, your license is what determines the functionality of the app. (If you did put an older version of the app onto your mobile device, it would probably just update itself to the latest version anyway, as most devices automatically update their apps.) But with our mobile apps (Android, iOS, Windows Mobile) this is not the case - rather, you can always use the latest version of the app from the App/Play Store, even if you have an older TeamViewer license. On a Mac or Windows PC, you need to use the version of TeamViewer that matches your license. I assume you're referring to our Remote Control app on iOS, right?
